Total @ 1750pts.

It would really require playtesting to figure out the right ratio of plague marines to CSM (they are the same amount of points). Basic idea is to rush forward (with two spare rhinos) and tanck shock/lash stuff for the flamers to hit. The havocs provide long range suppression and the double meltas pop tanks. That is, if all goes well. Now that lash is no longer a shooting attack, what are your thoughts: can you use lash out of a fire point?

  1. From the FAQ:

    Q. Can a model use a psychic power that is not a Psychic Shooting Attack if it is embarked in a transport vehicle?

    A. Yes. If the power requires line of sight, this is still worked out from the vehicle’s fire points (this will count as one model shooting through
    that fire point if the power is used in the Shooting phase).

    If the psychic power does not require line of sight and has a range or an area of effect that is normally measured from the model using it, these are measured from the vehicle’s hull, as explained in the Embarking section on page 66.

  2. ofc lash can be used from a fire point. IT's clearly labeled a PSA and further, the brb permits PSA's to be shot through points? What's the debate about again?

  3. @Jalil, it's not labeled as a psychic shooting attack. It replaces firing a weapon, but according to the new rulebook faq, it doesn't fulfill the requirements of a psychic shooting attack (it neither has a profile nor is specifically mentioned as being a psychic shooting attack).

    @Navdi, thx didn't spot that.
